My Happy Place and The Vacation Rental Industry.
As you can imagine, I had to buy Verano 802, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with ocean views from every room. Ok, I’m exaggerating! I don’t have an ocean view from the laundry room. However, the suites and living area have large sliding door windows and access to the balcony.
In the process, I discovered my passion for the Vacation Rental Industry. And, I had so much fun designing the space! I enjoyed thinking of families like mine or groups of friends spending time by the beach in luxury, and I made sure to provide everything they need. To my surprise, many couples have chosen to stay in my space. They have celebrated special occasions or enjoyed their annual trip to Rocky Point. I love hosting them! This is a great complement and I am grateful for it.
Arizona is My Home, Encanto Beach is my Happy Place.
Like many Arizonans, I look forward to a short drive to the nearest beach. My favorite is Encanto Beach. I enjoy taking walks during the low tide. I like to feel the smooth sand on my bare feet. It’s a real mood changer!
Now, Encanto is not your typical Rocky Point beach. It’s so pristine, free of rock formations, and away from the crowds you would expect at the more popular beaches. However, it’s the same driving distance from Arizona. You just need to get used to driving to the east side of Rocky Point instead of the west.

I’m originally from Mexico City. And I’m so excited to see MG Developments’ vision become a reality. They designed the destination resort community, Encántame Resorts. And, Encántame Towers is only the first of three resorts. The second one is Encántame Soleil currently under construction along with a commercial plaza including a convenience store, spa, bowling alley, restaurants, and shops; sports courts like pickleball, tennis, and basketball; and the coveted custom lot subdivision Encántame Estates with plenty of amenities and direct private access to the beach.
